- Identification of the problem
We know that before being able to offer a solution we have to understand perfectly what the problem is. Our consultants meet with our clients at their own work environment and doing this, they can get to know first hand their way of work, the problems, and necessities that rise every day at your companies. - Presentation of alternative solutionsOnce the problem is identified, our consultants elaborate a complete analysis of the possible alternative solutions (including a description of the functionalities, the platforms and needed systems, existing alternatives in the market, possible development platforms, etc.).
- Application development
Once the solution to be taken has been agreed with the client, Panoramia will form the adequate project team to carry out the development of the application. - Trial period
At all times there is a free-flowing communication between Panoramia and their clients. These can revise and test all the different modules as they are being completed which allows for rectifications and adjustments in the application. - Releasing application
Once the application is finished, at Panoramia we make available to our clients all the needed elements to minimize the resistance to change that could exist by future users; for that, we offer training courses about the usage of the application, we analyze the advantages of using the application as regards the way of working used up until then and we offer a support service and maintenance of the application in a way that best meets each necessity.
